Jason Millis, Founder of Millis Development & Construction, created the family business in 1980. Jason was first introduced to the construction world by working his way through college as a house painter. Upon graduating with his accounting degree, Jason decided to stay in the construction business. Painting houses grew to remodeling houses and remodeling houses turned into building homes. Later, Jason partnered with a neighbor to take on his first landscape architecture project in 1980, expanding the offerings of the company.
As a family-owned company, Jason’s undeniable passion for construction laid a strong foundation for the future success of Millis Development & Construction. His mission to impact the city of Houston with the work of the Millis organization has since been passed to his sons who now play an active role in the organization.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Jason currently serves as President of Millis Classic Homes, LLC and Secretary of Millis Equipment.
